Students that have difficulties with word searches, testing, or reading large passages may have problems processing the visual input they are receiving. They can place the worksheet on a slanted surface to bring the image closer to their visual field or use a separate piece of paper to cover part of the page to reduce the visual distractions or "visual clutter".
